Introduction

The rapid expansion of economy locally and globally has given rise to entrepreneurship as an alternative career opportunity.  As a result, many new businesses have emerged especially in Asia.  As these breed of emerging businesses mainly SME grow, there is a strong need to align its human resources to its business strategies.  Smart businesses have recognized that its makes sense to focus on its core business strategies while outsourcing its human resource function.

    • Printing of pay slips for the employees
    • Calculation of commission or incentives payable to respective personnel who are eligible
    • Prepare and submit Payroll Cost Centre report to Finance / Accounts Department to maintain payroll confidentiality

    • Draft and place advertisement on behalf of the Organization
    • Screening of job applications and shortlisting
    • Conduct selection interview on behalf of the Organization
    • Conduct referral exercise before recommendation to the Organization for employment
